Using essential oils topically offers significant benefits for the skin while also providing the aromatic benefits. They can provide. many different feelings to the body including soothing, calming, warming, cooling or energizing. Topical usage allows for targeted support.
Internally
This usage is very specific to DoTerra as the purity and testing they’ve done is critical with internal use. Specific oils are completely safe to target internal concerns and 1-2 drops in a veggie cap is the best to start.
